A fresh take on therapy

Welcome! My name is Jessica and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with nearly 10 years of experience working as a Psychotherapist in the mental health field. I reside in San Diego, California and am currently accepting new clients both in-person and online to individuals residing in California.

It is my hope that I can provide you with a safe space for healing, growth, and authenticity. I offer mental health therapy to adults, specializing in working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, and relationship issues.
